1. How to cook an omelet

  Omelette with the contents of tomato slices, Onion, mushrooms, and cheese you can try for a practical breakfast menu full of nutrition. Follow the steps to make the following for a thick and soft fluffy omelette.

The ingredients needed in making omelets:

  • Chicken eggs - 2 items
  • Onion, roughly chopped - 2 tbsp
  • Paprika, cut into boxes - 2 tbsp
  • Tomatoes, cut into boxes - 2 tbsp
  • Champignon mushrooms, thinly sliced - 2 pieces
  • Sausage, thinly sliced - 2 pieces
  • Melted mozzarella or cheddar cheese, cut into boxes - 1 tbsp
  • Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 tbsp
  • Liquid milk - 3 tbsp
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • Margarine, for sautéing - 2 tbsp

Steps to make omelet:

  1. In the container, beat the eggs with grated cheese, liquid milk, salt, and pepper until blended. Set it aside.
  2. Heat margarine. Saute onions, peppers, mushrooms and sausages. Cook until fragrant onions and mushrooms are cooked. Flatten the ingredients throughout the pan. Reduce the heat.
  3. Pour the beaten egg and cook until half done.
  4. Add the tomatoes and checkered cheese. Omelette folding becomes a semicircular shape. Cover the pan for a while and cook until the cheese melts. Remove from the pan.
  5. And the omelet is ready to be served.
 Omelette can be created with fillings according to taste, such as smoked meat, shredded chicken, and spinach.
 Use a non-stick and marble-coated pan that is safe for health, the size of the frying pan is 30 cm. So, you can make perfectly round and evenly cooked omelets.
Make sure the bottom or outside of the omelette is a bit dry so it doesn't break when folded.
